Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the shinkofa.com site, the Shinkofa account and the tools linked to it: Shinkofa browser, birth profile, questionnaire, AI companion, organisation tools. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale of each offer.

Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address. The service is for adults; a parent or guardian may use some tools for a child, under their own responsibility. Keep your login details to yourself.

The Shinkofa account and the tools marked as free are free with no time limit. Paid offers (Pioneer packs, coaching) are described on their own page, with their price and terms of sale. No subscription renews without you having chosen it.

Forbidden: sharing your account, accessing other people's data, bypassing technical limits (for example calculation limits), using the service for illegal activity. In case of serious abuse, access may be suspended after notifying you, except for urgent security reasons.

Some texts are written by an AI and labelled as such. They may contain errors: keep your own judgement.

A tool for self-knowledge and organisation. It does not replace medical advice, nor psychological or therapeutic care.

Shinkofa's content, code and methods are protected. You have a personal, non-transferable right of use. What you write in Shinkofa remains yours.

You can delete your account at any time from your area; your data is then erased as described in the Privacy policy.

Any significant change to these terms is announced to you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies.
